At Kph Cosmos Private Limited, our team ensures processing correct products as per order. We also strongly recommend that the items are checked at the time of delivery. We are happy to issue a full refund/return or replacement or based on the Situations listed below:
- Products delivered do not match your order.
- Received a defective item.
- The ordered item is lost or damaged during transit.
- The ordered item is past its expiry date.
Period of refund/return or replacement request: Any request for refund/return or replacement shall be accepted for the above four reasons if such request is made within 5 days, after the day on which the products have been delivered to the customer who ordered the product.
Refusal of refund/return or replacement request: The request of refund or return may be rejected if 1) the physical damages has been caused by the customer to the product; 2) original packaging is not available with the customer or same has been damaged and torn; 3) The product has been used or worn or used and such use has resulted in deterioration, damage or decrease to the product.
Please Note: Once we have received your returned item, we will issue a refund to your account if done by digital mode. In case of COD refund will be done at the time of item collection by our person. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to show on your account.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

Return or Replacement Policy:
We do our best to ensure processing correct items as per order and. However, should you receive an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect Products, please notify Kph Cosmos Customer Support immediately or within 5 working days of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that Kph Cosmos Pvt. Ltd. will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 5 working days of receipt.
After placing the order, if you would like to cancel it, for that you can mail us at email@example.com or call at our toll-free no. 1800-11-5700.
Once the order has been approved by our team, please contact our customer care team at 18600-11-5700 for cancellation requests.
If the cancellation request is received before the order being shipped, a complete refund will be made. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are treated as returns and the process outlined in the returns section will be applicable.
